Proactive are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Milton Keynes for an experienced Despatch Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, friendly warehouse team in a key administrative role. Key Responsibilities: • Releasing customer orders using SAP • Creating pick lists for the warehouse team • Building shipments through internal systems and third-party platforms • Updating and maintaining SAP data and Master Trackers • Printing shipping manifests and booking deliveries • Answering inbound calls from internal departments • Monitoring rework projects and providing admin support where needed Requirements: • Previous experience in a despatch or logistics admin role • Confident using SAP and Microsoft Excel • Strong organisational and communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement If you’re looking for a new challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, apply now and join a company where your skills will be valued and developed.
