You'll be handling warm, high-intent leads people who already know they want what we offer. Your mission? Turn curiosity into commitment and consultations into closed treatments.
What you'll do
* Contact all inbound patient enquiries for Euro Dental Care and convert them into booked consultations.
* Take full ownership of the patient journey up to consultation stage, building trust and confidence every step of the way.
* Use advanced sales psychology to uncover needs, overcome objections, and guide patients to a "yes."
* Reactivate old leads and no-shows with persistent, value-driven follow-up.
* Be the sharp, confident, and persuasive first impression of Euro Dental Care.
* Converting consultations to paid treatments and dealing with finance.
* Track calls, conversations, and conversions in our CRM to optimise performance.
What we're looking for
* A background in sales, telesales, upselling, or front-of-house roles with conversion responsibilities.
* Dental experience and experience closing dental treatments preferred.
* Someone target-hungry, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and lead conversations with confidence and communicate well internally.
* Resilient, competitive, and calm under pressure.
* Experience in dentistry, aesthetics, or private healthcare is a bonus, but not essential.
