Overview
As a Sous Chef for Village Hotels we are looking for hands on passionate individuals to assist the Head Chef in the day to day operation of our busy kitchen. You should have a proven track record in delivering a brand lead menu, maintain high food standards and manage food and payroll cost. A friendly, positive attitude, guidance of the team and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.
Our menu range includes stacked burgers, sticky wings, health & wellness bowls and we refresh menus throughout the year, ensuring a busy, varied kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
* Deliver brand led menus to high food standards.
* Manage food and payroll cost.
* Guide and support the kitchen team.
* Maintain calm and efficient service under pressure.
