The Sales Support Representative focuses on providing sales support to existing customer accounts including issuing of quotations, providing product support, processing of orders and administrative duties.Responsibilities:Monitor quotation pipeline status and routine follow up with customers to ensure orders are receivedProcess sales orders, keep customers updated regarding the status of sales orders and other queries in line with service level agreements and KPIsLiaise with and provide support to the field-based Technical Sales teamHandle in-bound enquiriesAdvise customers on the best product solutions to meet their requirementsCreate and issue customer quotationsDispatch product literature and product samples to customersMaintain accurate records and data-entry using IT systems and the CRM systemCompilation of Key Performance Indicators and management reports as necessaryAny other duties role may involvePerson Specification:3 years' experience in a similar roleGCSE English and Maths - C or aboveCustomer Services/Sales support experienceProficient in MS Office including excel and ICT systemsExperience of working in the Manufacturing/Product Sales industry The RewardsThe successful Sales Support Representative will enjoy a competitive salary circa up to £35,000 depending on experience.
