Support Worker – Luton

Superior Healthcare is growing, and we’re looking for Support Workers to join our friendly, dedicated team in the Luton area. If you’re compassionate, reliable and passionate about helping others live safely at home, we’d love to hear from you.


About the Role

You will be supporting an adult male living with a brain injury, providing personalised one-to-one care that truly transforms his daily life.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Personal care
* Supporting rehabilitation goals
* Helping him access the community
* Promoting independence and quality of life

You will work 12-hour day or night shifts as part of a stable and welcoming care team.


Shift Pattern

* 2–2–1 Day shifts
* 2–2–1 Night shifts
o 1 × waking night
o 1 × sleep-in night

We offer fixed rotas, ongoing shifts and optional overtime. Full-time availability is ideal, but part-time roles are also available.

Important Information

* You must be based in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

* To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
* To provide complex care interventions where required.
* Support rehabilitation of Client.
* Help to access the community.


Requirements

* Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
* Valid UK driving License and access to a car for work.
* Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
* Full UK right to work.
