 
        
        Key Duties
 * Supporting children with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties
 * Providing 1:1 and small group assistance in and out of the classroom
 * Assisting with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom routines
 * Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and families
Qualifications
 * Has experience supporting SEN students (in education or care)
 * Is patient, positive, and passionate about inclusive education
 * Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
 * Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to obtain one)
