Quantity Surveyor - Mansfield
Quantity Surveyor - Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a privately-owned contractor based in Nottinghamshire to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of projects ranging from £250k - £5m.
The initial project is a bespoke new build residence which features a swimming pool and healthcare facilities and is situated near Dronfield (£3m).

Salary & Package:- Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)- Company car or car allowance- Company Pension (3% / 5%)- 28 days holiday allowance

Key Duties:- Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages- Managing project variations and valuations- Organising payments and compiling CVRs- Produce accurate records and reports
Requirements:- Experience working with a construction contractor- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor- Experience working on 'live' projects- Industry related qualification
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
