We are looking for someone to support a young adult (21) living in her own home in Cringleford (Norwich). She has been diagnosed with complex disorders, including mental health challenges, and can demonstrate behaviors that challenge. On good days, she is bubbly, fun, and outgoing, eager to succeed in life. Her active calendar includes horse riding, escape rooms, and attending football games. Shifts are 12 hours (9 am-9 pm), including alternate weekends.
All positions can be offered as a fixed rota or on a casual basis, depending on preference.
* Applicants must be over 25 with a full, clean driving license due to insurance requirements.
* There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post to be held by a female, in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Equality Act 2010.
