Salary: £27,976 (Pro-rata) per annum

What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, either face‑to‑face or over the phone.
* Provide practical, personalised energy‑saving advice that helps reduce usage, lower bills and shrink carbon footprints.
* Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
* Resolve queries efficiently using the in‑house CRM system, translating technical information into everyday language.
* Serve as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
* Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the team to inspire community participation in building a cleaner future.
