What you'll be doing
* Specialising in Buy to Let mortgages you will be part of a telephony team supporting brokers and customers with their buy to let mortgage enquiries
* Focused on building strong relationships, expanding our distribution reach by engaging with both existing and new broker
* Proactively learning to improve your knowledge of complex buy-to-let propositions and the solutions we offer
* Working closely with internal Business Development Managers to enhance broker engagement and business growth
* Maintaining the highest levels of service standards ensuring all interactions with brokers are handled professionally and effectively
* Communicate clearly and confidently via phone and email to address queries and provide solutions
* Prioritising and managing your workload efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines

Working hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch), hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week.
