Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include…. Proven experience in logistics and inventory management, ideally within a distribution centre environment. Background in team leadership, performance management, and coaching. Experience in recruitment and retention of key talent. Familiarity with customer service strategies and sustainability initiatives. Exposure to civil aviation authority standards is a plus.
