Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our Administrative Team. The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support to the Knowsley/St Helens/Warrington/Halton Senior Leadership team. Base working only – supporting Microsoft Teams meetings however may be required to attend face to face meetings in either of the 4 boroughs.
Responsibilities
* Organise own workload and co-ordinate workload activities within the team.
* Provide comprehensive admin support to the Senior Leadership team across the Knowsley, St Helens, Warrington and Halton boroughs.
* Manage the diaries of the leadership team and arrange internal and external meetings.
* Take comprehensive minutes (live minutes in meetings), prepare for meetings in advance, chase outstanding actions, and produce reports as required.
* Support travel between sites as needed and attend meetings in person when required.
* Work with minimal supervision, demonstrate flexibility, and use own initiative to contribute to the organisation, enabling the leadership team to use their time efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to Trust Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications / Skills
* Experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary, with ability to manage diaries and coordinate meetings.
* Competence in taking live minutes and producing meeting outputs (reports, actions).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, and the capacity to work under pressure in a busy department.
* Ability to work on own initiative and show flexibility in duties.
* Ability to travel between sites as required.
