This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to multinational organisations, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate tax compliance projects, including tax provisioning and HMRC interactions. Plan and oversee tax compliance timetables, liaising with client teams and internal departments. Provide consultancy on a range of tax advisory matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Support senior leadership in business development and strategic planning. Identify technical and risk issues, exercising sound judgement. Ensure assignments are completed within budget and timescales. Adhere to quality control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement. Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, including recruitment and performance management. What you need to succeed: CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge and experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Experience managing and developing teams.
