Key Responsibilities
Conduct statutory assessments to identify risks and inform care plans.
Implement, review, and monitor safeguarding plans to ensure safety and support.
Collaborate with families, carers, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.
Attend child protection conferences and court proceedings, contributing expert insight.
Manage a diverse caseload, prioritising tasks according to risk and need.
Provide advice and guidance to families and partner agencies on safeguarding matters.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice to maintain high standards.
