Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Building Surveyor: Assisting in building inspections and helping prepare detailed reports. Supporting senior surveyors in advising on repairs, maintenance and improvement works. Helping ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications. Working closely with surveyors, architects, engineers, and contractors on a variety of projects. Contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of construction and refurbishment schemes. Requirements for the Assistant Building Surveyor: Degree in Building Surveying 1-2 years' relevant experience, ideally in a consultancy or similar environment.
