Job Description
VANRATH is delighted to partner with our long-standing client, a leader in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of commercial and industrial flue systems. Due to continuous growth, they are expanding their administrative team. The successful candidate will be an instrumental part of the team.
Position Details:
1. Location: Belfast Office
2. Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8am-5pmFriday: 8am - 2.30pm
3. Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 plus an excellent benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
4. Providing comprehensive office support
5. Maintaining organised files and records
6. Updating and managing company computer databases
7. Communicating with clients, suppliers, and employees
8. Answering phone calls and addressing client queries
9. Processing company reports
10. Submitting payment applications and invoices
11. Contributing to commercial strategies as needed
12. Arranging travel for employees
13. Building and maintaining client relationships
14. Drafting and editing company correspondence
15. Assisting with minor technical support
16. Scheduling appointments and events
17. Preparing meeting rooms, including setting up chairs and refreshments
18. Participating in office meetings and taking minutes
19. Providing feedback on office efficiency and suggesting improvements
20. Handling various other administrative tasks as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
21. Administrator experience in construction or B2B
22. Invoicing experience
23. Experience with costing or pricing
24. Proficient with Sage 200 Accounts or similar programmes
25. Help-desk experience
26. Familiarity with RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)
27. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
