Job Description:
To lead the implementation of strategic controls related to payments and payments risk. Will manage the delivery of control program execution across operations, technology, risk and control, and all lines of defense as applicable. To ensure the program parameters are fully defined and fit for purpose. To ensure management and progress of the program is accurate, complete, on-time, and transparent to the constituent management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and articulate the execution strategy, vision, and implementation approach for strategic payment control solutions.
2. Partner with technology, intra- and inter-LoB teams, and lines of defense teams to synchronize execution, expose dependencies, evaluate risks, escalate issues, assess status, and ensure transparent reporting.
3. Drive best practice execution and promote standardization and consistency for payment control solutions.
4. Identify improvements and coordinate related program relationships as necessary.
5. Ensure process and technology implementations meet operational outcomes: safe, efficient, client-centered, functionally complete, and extensible.
