On-site based
Salary: £92-100k base + bonus and additional benefits

The Senior Manager will take responsibility for leading major client engagements, accountable for driving significant value - often £5m or more. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, and act as the senior interface with client sponsors. This is a position for an experienced consultant who has delivered complex transformations and is ready to assume ownership of outcomes at scale.
Role Highlights
* Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing teams of up to 8 consultants
* Direct programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level
* Guide data-driven analysis and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders
* Develop and mentor consultants, supporting long-term career progression within the team
You Will Need
* Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes
* Proven capability in managing diverse consulting teams across complex workstreams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for executive audiences
* Commercial acumen to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support account development
* Flexibility to work on-site with clients, including regular travel
