As a Social Worker, you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
You report to the Safeguarding Lead, manage internal investigations, liaise with home authorities during admission and discharge processes, and enjoy access to a range of training opportunities to support your career growth and aspirations.

Responsibilities
* Referrals to LADO and Local Authority in line with safeguarding and assessments
* Educating hospital staff about relevant safeguarding matters
* Completing full annual social care reassessments within the CPA format
* Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy, and support services
* Participating in 1:1 supervision
Requirements
* A Social Work degree
* Social Work England Registration
* Experience within a similar environment
* Experience working with vulnerable adults
Workplace
You will work at Thornford Park, a facility combining medium and low secure units and rehabilitation flats, supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation through personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness, complex care needs, or personality disorders, some with histories of offending or previous placement failures.
