Community Support Team Assistant - Domestic
Band 2 • Permanent contract • Part-time: 10 hours per week, Monday - Friday AM shifts
Site: Old Hall Surgery, Ellesmere Port
Salary: £24,465 per annum pro rata (Real Living Wage applicable; RLW may be supplemented if national A4C rate falls below RLW)

Responsibilities
* Domestic Assistants support the Trust in delivering a clean and safe environment for both service users and staff.
* Join the Facilities team as a Community Domestic Assistant; full training provided and a uniform will be supplied.
* Work as part of a team and be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness.
* Previous experience in a domestic environment is advantageous; training will be provided if not.

Qualifications
* Essential: General Education; hold or be willing to undertake an accredited Level 2 award in cleaning
* Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning; Food Safety qualification
Knowledge and Expertise
* Essential: Ability to accept and prioritise instructions
* Desirable: Previous NHS cleaning knowledge
Experience
* Essential: Good understanding of cleaning services
* Desirable: Previous experience in Domestic Services and/or catering; experience dealing with the public
Employer certification / accreditation
The post holder may require a Disclosure to check for criminal convictions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and related orders.
