About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resilient individual to join our team as a Transport Operations Support Administrator within our fast-paced Warehouse & Transport department. This role provides accurate and efficient administrative and coordination support to ensure the safe and timely delivery of medication to Lloyds Clinical customers. Shift Pattern: On-site at Harlow, Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 20:00 (flexibility required). Includes an on-call rota every 1 in 4 days.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitating effective communication and actioning tasks between stakeholders, including drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
2. Providing administrative support to managers and teams.
3. Accurately collating data and maintaining records in databases and spreadsheets.
4. Supporting drivers (Patient Service Operatives) and coordinating vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance.
5. Assisting managers, collating data, maintaining regulatory compliance, and facilitating stakeholder communication.
About You
1. Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally in warehouse or transport logistics.
2. Ability to multitask, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
3. Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
6. Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling systems preferred.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
