PRISON NURSE OXFORD ££Excellent Flexi Hours in Oxfordshire

Prison Nurses Band 5/6 urgently required in Oxfordshire. Dream Medical are working with a Prison in Norwich and require a Band 5 or Band 6 Staff Nurse/Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work flexible shifts (full time). You must have previous experience as a Prison Nurse and valid clearance levels.
Main responsibilities
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* Assess patient's health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
* Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
* Promote best practices in health and safety and security
* Assist in maintaining and developing services
* Contribute to quality improvement
* Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
* Work autonomously with minimum supervision
* Applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes
Skills & Behaviors of qualifying Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* RGN will be successful at working in teams
* Prison Clearance or Shared Security Cleared for either Cat A, B or C
* Extensive experience of working within secured environments.
* Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
* Posses training requirements RGN role
* Current NMC registration
* Current DBS/CRB
* Be able to provide full documentation
