Main Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Assess and manage project risks and prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Track variations, value completed work, and arrange payments to contractors and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, measure completed work, and liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with statutory building regulations and quality standards. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in relevant software, such as MS Office and estimating packages. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
