Responsibilities

* Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
* Organize team-building activities and workshops to promote collaboration and morale.
* Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and gather feedback for improvements.
* Collaborate with management to create and sustain a positive work environment.
* Provide support and resources for employee wellness initiatives, including mental health programs.
* Facilitate training sessions on stress management, communication, and personal development.
* Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace communication.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in employee engagement, project management, or similar roles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
* Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to enhance employee happiness.
* Familiarity with organizing events and workshops.
* Excellent analytical skills for interpreting survey results and employee feedback.
* A passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
