Graduate Surveying Programme
This programme ensures graduates attain qualified status through the MRICS (APC) or AssocRICS (ATC) pathways. It combines comprehensive training with valuable on-the-job experience, helping graduates develop into leading surveyors of the future.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will immerse yourself in land agency, developing technical skills to deliver complex projects that support infrastructure development and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver land and property advice and services to clients as part of a team.
2. Use initiative and a proactive approach to meet deadlines and objectives, ensuring high-quality work.
3. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional image.
4. Support colleagues and contribute positively to team efforts.
5. Keep detailed records of projects and tasks.
6. Enhance personal skills and knowledge through training and development.
7. Assist on other projects as needed.
Requirements
1. Hold a RICS-accredited or relevant degree allowing sit for APC or ATC.
2. Possess a full UK driving licence and own transport.
3. Be proactive, results-driven, and a natural problem solver.
4. Have experience working in a team or on projects.
5. Be a team player with a positive attitude.
