About Us We’re a specialist Project Management & Construction firm, trusted by: - Homeowners (insurance repairs & claims) - Property & block managers (refurbishment & maintenance) - Commercial clients (tendered construction projects) We manage everything from complex insurance repair works through to large-scale building refurbishments and ongoing block maintenance. We also work closely with insurance assessors and loss adjusters to help clients secure the best outcomes on their insurance claims. The business is growing fast — and we’re expanding our client base across multiple sectors. The Role As our first Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our growth — identifying and developing new client relationships. You'll: - Research and identify new leads (B2C and B2B) - Conduct outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social media) - Nurture relationships and help convert leads into clients - Manage lead data and performance reporting - Support tender submissions and client communications - Provide regular updates to introducers regarding commissions owed - Assist with light marketing activities (branded materials, digital content, Google Ads liaison) You'll work closely with the directors, helping shape and evolve the sales function as the business grows. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in sales / lead generation - Excellent communication & relationship-building skills - CRM and pipeline management experience - Highly organised and self-motivated - Interest in light marketing activity & branding - Previous experience in construction, insurance, or property is a bonus (but not required) What We Offer £30,000–£35,000 base Commission-based OTE £40,000–£45,000 Flexible hybrid working Real opportunity to shape this role and grow with the business
