Role Overview
An established, multi-disciplinary law firm is seeking a professional Legal Assistant and PA to support a Partner within a busy department. This full-time, office-based role involves a mix of PA duties, legal document preparation, and administrative support, with approximately 50% of the role involving audio and copy typing. The office is located within easy reach of major transport links, including two mainline stations.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
1. 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally within Personal Injury
2. Strong audio and copy typing skills (50% of role)
3. Experience producing legal documents and correspondence to a high standard
4. Familiarity with PI procedures and legal software (Proclaim desirable)
5. Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication
6. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
7. Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
