Residential Support Worker - Children's Homes
Location: Spalding, a vibrant and scenic locale perfect for those who cherish community and natural beauty alike.
Package: Up to £33K
Salary: £25,553 - £26,972 per annum, complemented by an additional £3,000 - £6,000 per annum for sleep-ins, making a substantial package for the right candidate.
Contract Type: Flexible working hours are available, offering both full and part-time opportunities. This role includes long days coupled with approximately 4-6 sleep-ins per month, tailored to support work-life balance while ensuring the well-being of our young residents.
