ASA Recruitment are currently looking for Housing Support Workers to join our us on an ad hoc basis.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same – you will be supporting individuals helping them build confidence, developing life skills and accessing the resources they need to thrive.

The Role:
Build trusting relationships with people and provide a safe, non-judgmental space.
Help people develop life skills, confidence, and positive coping strategies.
Assist with goal setting, employment, and personal growth.
Ensure each person receives the right help.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them access safe housing, healthcare, and social services.
Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.
Advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring they receive the resources and support they need.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in housing, social work, or mental health services is desirable but not essential.
