* Develop new training opportunities based on community need.
* Identify and coordinate tutors, sessional staff and partners to deliver high‑quality provision.

* Confidence working with communities to build trust, confidence and opportunities.
* Passionate about improving outcomes for Gypsies and Travellers and committed to going the extra mile to support, advocate for and create access to opportunities, including where this requires persistence and overcoming barriers.
* Ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
* Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage own workload.
* Ideally, a qualified Professional Youth Worker (or equivalent) or relevant experience in community development, training or advice work.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organisation that reflects the communities we serve and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We particularly encourage applications from Gypsy and Traveller communities and other underrepresented groups. In line with the Equality Act 2010, where candidates are equally qualified, we may use positive action to appoint a candidate from an underrepresented group.

How to Apply

For an application pack or informal discussion, please contact: info@gtwa. The application deadline is 10th April 2026. Be part of a team working to create real change and improve opportunities for Gypsies and Travellers across Wales.
