About theRole
This is aprivileged and highly rewarding position centred on building meaningful,therapeutic relationships with our service users individuals who may bestepping down from secure placements or who require tailored support in thecommunity. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working within bothinpatient and community rehabilitation pathways.
Your rolewill involve:

Person Specification
Experience
* A genuine interest in mental health and recovery.
* IT literate (basic level for documentation).
* Emotionally resilient and able to stay calm in difficult situations.
* Able to build rapport and communicate well with others.
* A keen interest in mental health as evidenced by reading on the subject.
* Mental health First Aid training.
* An awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace.
* Working knowledge of the benefits and housing systems.
Knowledge
* Basic understanding of mental health conditions or therapy work.
