Overview

Do you have strong administration experience and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment? Our client operates within the and property sector who, due to continued growth and internal progression, are looking to recruit an Accounts and Administration Coordinator to join their busy Head Office team.


Responsibilities

* Complete general administrative and accounts support tasks including managing a busy email inbox
* Carry out bank account management and reconciliations, alongside overseeing monthly payment runs
* Register deposits accurately and within required timeframes
* Produce reports for internal management and customers
* Work closely with the Credit Controller to support the wider accounts function


Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an administration and accounts support role
* Good organisational skills and a logical, methodical approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5:30PM
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Location: Loughborough
Job Type: Permanent
