THE ROLE
Marketing Manager and Brand & Commercial Manager, a role within the Marketing team and broader Business Development department.
Key responsibilities and duties
1. As our Brand & Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our brand identity while driving commercial success
2. You'll lead on brand strategy, market analysis, and sales performance - ensuring our messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with our values
3. You'll work closely with colleagues across departments, especially our sales and marketing teams, to deliver innovative campaigns and commercial initiatives that resonate with our diverse audiences
4. Develop and implement forward-thinking brand strategies
5. Analyse market trends and sales data to inform commercial decisions
6. Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
7. Lead promotional campaigns that drive engagement and revenue
8. Represent the brand at community events and stakeholder meetings
9. Ensure all branding activities reflect our values of trust, service, and inclusivity
About YOU
10. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
11. Proven experience in brand management and commercial strategy
12. Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
14. A passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing
15. Creative Flair: Ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with diverse audiences

You report directly to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, who in turn reports to the Head of Business Development.
Location and working hours 37 hours per week, based at our Head Office in Cheshire. Some hybrid working may be considered.
