We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Baker to join the WatchHouse team - someone who genuinely loves bakery craft, takes pride in producing exceptional products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have previous professional kitchen or bakery experience, a strong understanding of quality and consistency, and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with precision and diligence. Most importantly, you care deeply about the final product and the experience it creates for our guests. In this role, you will take ownership of the daily bakery setup and production of the WatchHouse bakery offering, ensuring every product is delivered to the highest possible standard. You will work closely with the wider kitchen team to support prep and service occasionally while helping maintain the quality, organisation, and pace of the kitchen throughout the day.
