Electrician based on site within a team of operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of Electrical equipment and building fabric within a hanger property environment.
Required Skills and Experience
* Electrical time served apprenticeship or equivalent
* City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition of the IET Wiring regulations
* Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services.
* Sound level of administration and organisational skills
* Previous experience of working within a team
* Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
* Resides geographically near to job site and available for call out
* COSHH Awareness
* Risk Assessment Guidance Training
* Mechanical knowledge/qualification
* Appointed Person General Works Permits
* PAT Testing
* Knowledge and use of computer software – Microsoft Office, Building Management System
* Legionella Awareness
* IPAF & PASMA Trained
* Safe Use and Inspection of Harnesses
