The Administrator will support the Financial Advisors, building important client relationships, whilst providing a first-class service.

Administrator Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Submit all new business applications to providers and monitor progress within pre-set timescales.
* Audit documents received from your allocated adviser to ensure they meet our compliance requirements.
* Liaise with your allocated advisers to ensure the efficient processing of applications and outstanding requirements.
* Communicate with clients to provide a first-class client journey.
* Submit Dealing Instructions to providers to facilitate new investments and withdrawals.
* Build relationships with allocated advisers.
* Liaise with providers and trustees to ensure the smooth administration of applications and client instructions.
* Adhere to administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
* Update and manage data within our CRM
* Actively learn and complete training to satisfy compliance requirements and improve personal knowledge
* Adopt the Chase Buchanan team culture and spirit with supporting the administration team ethos.
Administrator Qualities:
* A background or an interest in financial services.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems).
* Methodical and thorough approach to work, being able to work to deadlines.
* Strong attention to details.
* Enjoy being part of a team.
