The Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Property manger to support the day-to-day management of our HMO portfolio. This is a varied, hands-on position combining property operations, tenant communication, viewings, and administrative support.
We provide structured onboarding, guidance, and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role while still offering flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Day to day management of HMO properties across Oxford, including inspections, viewings, move-ins, and general tenant support
* Book and conduct property viewings, respond to enquiries, and follow up with applicants
* Coordinate maintenance issues with tenants, contractors, and the internal team
* Support inventories, check-ins, and check-outs using company systems
* Keep property records, notes, and compliance information updated
* Maintain positive relationships with tenants and represent the company professionally
* Assist with general administration, scheduling, and communication tasks
What We're Looking For

* Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload
* A team-player who values communication and accountability
* Previous property, lettings, HMO, or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
Requirements
* Must live in or near Oxford
* Full UK driving license
Working Style & Support
This is a role with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Working days and times can be agreed around operational needs and your availability. You will receive a full onboarding process, guidance, and ongoing support from the team — we believe in setting people up for success rather than expecting them to work without direction.
