About the Role:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Early Years team. This is a full-time role supporting children aged 3–5, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to aid learning and development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
* Support the physical, emotional, and social development of pupils.
* Help maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
* Assist with observations and assessments as required.

We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working within an EYFS setting.
* Is confident in supporting the EYFS curriculum and aware of early childhood development milestones.
* Is patient, caring, and passionate about helping children thrive.
* Has excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team.
* Holds a relevant childcare or teaching assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
