Salary: Grade 3, £8,803 - £9,082 per annum. £12.45 - £12.85 per hour
15 hours 50 minutes per week, term time plus 1 week working 39 weeks per year

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
They will need to:
* support the needs of SEN pupils.
* work closely with staff, parents and outside agencies.
* be able to cater for the individual needs of the children and to use initiative based upon situations as they arise.
* follow individual Care Plans as directed.
* establish good relationships and team working with the wider school community.
* provide excellent support for the class teacher and all pupils.
* listen to and respond to advice from other professionals outside the setting and be accountable for maintaining records and observations.
* provide details feedback to the SENDCO, class teacher and parents.
* create supportive and trusting relationship with parents with an honest and open approach.
Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven understanding of working with children who need particular support in different aspects of SEN needs.
