We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join mainstream primary schools across Poulton-le-Fylde and Wyre. Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or supply work, we have flexible positions tailored to fit your availability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other SEN requirements.
* Assist in the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Support students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to meet students' needs.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Experience and Skills:
* Experience working with children or young people.
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Additional training or qualifications in SEN support.
* Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
