This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef to join a Successful company at one of its exclusive and private family orientated holiday parks. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the bar and restaurant food outlet on the site serving British and International pub classics and also for creating menus for functions and private dining. In this role you will have autonomy on menu planning, dish development and be responsible for chefs including training. During peak season the park is extremely busy and fast paced but out of season it is quieter hence working hours will change to reflect this. It is essential that you have a sound working knowledge of all kitchen paperwork and control the budgets.
You will also;
1. maintain health and safety processes and a 5-star rating
2. achieve GP targets for the site, as well as helping to manage stock and labour costs
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Head Chef level with experience working in multi outlet fresh food kitchen. A Head Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
