Job Title: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday; 8.30am – 4pm Friday. This role allows an out‑of‑hours flexible approach.
Job Description
* Leading and motivating a team of recruiters to achieve individual and collective targets.
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the client base and improve candidate sourcing.
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards within the branch.
* Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Additional Daily Duties
* Maintaining forecasting and internal database updates.
* Participating in management meetings and reporting regularly.
* Identifying what to manage and when to escalate.
* Handling compliance and general administrative duties.
