About You and the Role
As a Pastry Chef de Partie at The Newman, you will:
Prepare and present a variety of desserts, baked goods, and viennoiserie to a consistently high standard
Support the creation of seasonal pastry menus for breakfast, restaurants, events, and in-room amenities
Run the pastry section during service, ensuring creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Be a calm, reliable, and collaborative presence in the kitchen
Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

About The Newman
Opening in Fitzrovia in Autumn 2025, The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests will enjoy a thoughtful food and drink experience across the hotelfrom breakfast through to late-night cocktailsas well as an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
