They're seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join their expert team - someone who combines technical skill with a strong understanding of building defects, moisture ingress, and environmental conditions affecting property performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:
* Lead and deliver a wide range of building surveying commissions, with a focus on damp, mould, and condensation investigations.
* Undertake detailed defect diagnosis, condition, and measured surveys.
* Prepare robust technical reports and recommendations for remedial works.
* Manage contract administration, specifications, and tender documentation through to project completion.
* Advise clients on maintenance, refurbishment, and compliance to ensure long-term building integrity.
* Build strong, trusted client relationships through expert guidance and clear communication.
* Support and mentor junior surveyors, sharing specialist knowledge and promoting best practice.
Requirements:
* Degree in Building Surveying (or related field).
* Ideally MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.
* 3-5 years' consultancy experience with a strong grounding in building pathology.
* Demonstrable expertise in diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and client engagement skills.
* Proactive, commercially aware, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
