Post: Acute Access Project Support Officer
Salary: Agenda for Change Band 5

Location: Acute Access Team, JB Russell House
Relocation Package where appropriate.
The post is part of the Access team within the Acute Sector.
The post-holder will play a key role in the development and delivery of the Planned Care and Access work-streams.
The post-holder will support the day-to-day running of a number of complex and fast-paced projects, assisting in the production of a range of waiting list monitoring reports and delivery of advice and guidance on appropriate management methodologies.
Working within a busy team and often to tight deadlines, the post-holder will be required to multi-task and ensure deadlines are met.
Excellent communication, planning, written and verbal as well as organisational skills are key. The post- holder will be required to work autonomously in the role, escalating any issues that may arise to the Acute Access Manager.
Effective interpersonal skills are a key requirement as the post-holder will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships across NHS GGC wide system working with multiple teams.
