About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering the exceptional food experiences that Butlins is known for.
In this position, you will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes that meet our high standards. You’ll oversee and manage a small team of commis chefs, ensuring that our food proposition aligns with food safety policies.

* Deputize in the absence of the Sous Chef, managing daily operations in your section.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Lead, train, and mentor your team of Commis Chefs, providing guidance and support.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes.
* Complete daily food diaries and manage budget margins with the support of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

* Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
* Ability to manage margins, control costs, and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a guaranteed 35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, including weekends and late finishes. A variety of shifts are available, starting as early as 7 AM and running until midnight.
