Under your leadership in the first year, and with widespread consensus on your business plan, you've successfully assembled a motivated and high-performing team. The focus remains on enhancing operational performance, leading to an improved cash flow throughout the year.
For the fiscal year 2024 (ending March 2025), WWH aims to increase revenue by £1.5 million to reach £6 million, with a targeted EBIT of 15%. By 2027, your visionary leadership and effective management skills have cultivated a portfolio of ten strategic customers, each contributing an average of £1 million annually. These customers present medium to long-term contract opportunities, propelling WWH's revenue to a stable £10 million, with an EBIT target of 18%. Your contributions will play a significant role in realizing WWH's ambition as part of the SASMOS Group.
SASMOS addresses the crucial needs of Defense & Aerospace OEMs for reliable suppliers. By offering specialized electronic manufacturing services, SASMOS excels in producing intricate components such as wiring harnesses, showcasing flexibility and scalability. In response to a shift towards outsourcing, driven by labor shortages and a desire to mitigate risk through vendor diversification at OEMs, SASMOS is committed to timely delivery, fair pricing, and high quality.
The company's ambition is not only to be a trusted partner but also to gradually become a recognized top-3 global player by 2030. This goal aligns with SASMOS's dedication to meeting the unique requirements of its customers in the ever-evolving Defense & Aerospace industry.
