I am looking for a Voids Supervisor for a social housing provider in Bedford. This work will entail overseeing the refurbishments on empty properties to get them back to a lettable standard
Voids Supervisor duties:
* Manage up to 12 tradesmen to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service
* The Voids Supervisor will support the Head of Voids to lead, manage and develop the maintenance function for void properties
* Ensure that the quality of work undertaken meets the required technical and performance standards
* Carry out regular onsite assessments and tool box talks
Voids Supervisor Requirements:
* Management and proven track record of delivering high quality repairs and maintenance services
* Experience working within void properties
* Social housing experience
* Ideally to have a trades background
In return, the Voids Supervisor will receive:
* £38,000 salary
* Company Van and Fuel Card
* 28 days holiday + Bank holiday
* Buy/Sell holiday scheme
