Clerical Officer
£12.51 per hour
Derry/Londonderry
Full-time 9.00am – 5.00pm
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Undertake reception duties, which will include dealing with telephone enquiries efficiently and with courtesy
2. Operation of computerised information system
3. Distribution of incoming mail/post to relevant staff
4. Prioritise and organise work effectively
5. Provide clerical support to Social Work Teams as and when required
6. Compliance with all relevant legislation and Trust policies relating to data protection and confidentiality of information
7. Ordering stationery as and when required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent or higher educational standard
OR
2 years’ administrative/clerical experience
This is for 1 month initially and possibly longer (up to 3- 6 months)
