About Us
At The Little Explorers Day Nursery, we create a nurturing, home-like environment where children and our team can thrive. As we expand, we are excited to welcome a passionate Nursery Practitioner to our baby room. This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. We are looking for someone with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates continuously throughout the year.

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child's individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and followed.
* Conduct risk assessments and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
* Over 1 year of experience in Early Years - desirable.
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
